The submission of papers must be done through the EasyChair Conference system.

If you do not have an EasyChair account, you should first create one.
Submissions should be limited to 8 pages and must include a cover page, containing the title, author name(s) and affiliation(s), the complete address (telephone, fax, email) of the corresponding author, and an abstract (max 150 words) followed by up to 5 keywords. Authors are requested to submit an electronic version (A4 size PDF format) of the paper.
For the final version the sources of the contribution in LaTeX will also be required.

For the final version the PDF and the sources of the paper in LaTeX or MS Word are required.
- For papers written using LaTeX, please use the model “bare_conf.tex” of IEEE. To download the LaTeX style click here.
- For papers written using MS Word, please use the model “MSW_A4_format.doc”. To download the MS Word model, click here.
Accepted papers will be published in the conference proceedings.
A set of selected papers will be considered for publication in a journal of international audience.
